    And having Mando Ramos and Art Aragon ahead of Jimmy McLarnin (Los Angeles) isn't too clever either!

    Are we looking for fighters native of the area or fighters who based themselves there at some point?

    Hartford has Pep (although not his birthplace) and Marlon Starling. That's a good start. Don't know that cities history well enough to complete a top ten.

    I think some of the writers (there were different ones for each city) just tossed their lists together without any regard for order. That would explain some of the weirdness.
