I, and everyone else has Mayweather as p4p number 1

Mainly because the full body of work is rightly taken into account.

However how would your p4p look if it was purely based on if they were to get in the ring now.

Or maybe your current ranking is based on that.

For example for me, floyd deserves to be number one, however if ward and rigondeux were the same size as floyd i would favour them to win.

2 questions, what would your p4p look like based purely on that?

And am i right basing full body of work in p4p rankings, regardless of who would win if they fought.

Floyd is too versatile to lose to Rigondeaux. Ward would be tough, but Floyd is more physically gifted than Ward and a better on the outside. Ward would be forced to try and fight Floyd up close

Floyd would KO Rigo. Much better chin and speed.

no way am I picking Rigo, Ward, or anyone P4P in a fight. Floyd is basically the true essence of P4P because he only enters the ring right around the weight limit where most guys put on alot of weight

floyd has far better chin, toughness and equal or better in every other department to rigo. Floyd has too much variety for ward and is better in nearly every category.

Rigo fights around his natural weight too. He's pretty small

Seems like some people don't even know what pound-for-pound means.. yet they still pick Floyd as #1. Smh..

Based on current form and what they've done lately, I'd go....

    1. Rigo
    2. JMM
    3. Ward
    4. Mayweather
    .
    .
    .
    5. Matthysse

Rigo because he schooled Donaire. JMM because he knocked out Pac. Ward because he wiped out 168. Mayweather because he looked sensational in his last outing (albeit against a **** opponent). And then I'd have Matthysse quite far behind at number five because of his recent destruction of Peterson.

*Note: Mayweather and Ward can be interchangeable because of Ward's inactivity. Those Froch and Dawson wins seem a lifetime ago.
