Set it up for September! Khan vs Mathyhesse. Make it a PPV I'll buy just to see Khan get KTFO

Lucas is limited but he has had some impressive rights. As for khan, if he keeps his chin covered he could certainly beat Lucas as lesser fighters have managed to outbox the guy.

He's limited but has a drastically equalizing dimension in which he excels.

There's method to the Matthysse madness. The guy is very smart at how he goes about his work. For a pressure fighter he doesn't take much and what i like is his straight shot to body it's like he throws it to connect and pull himself into range then fire.

Opens the gloves to defend, dips the head under pressure. He's subtle IMO. He falls out of position but he takes chances and i like that. Yeah he can be reckless but even the elite guys make mistakes. Thing is because he hits so hard people become gunshy to counter him. Hence why he tends to load up at times and he probably trusts his chin as well.

Khan has the skills to outbox Matthysse, but he lacks the mindset. As soon as he gets tagged hard (which he will), it's all over.

My favorite part was when Matthysse only started having success against Zab because Zab got tired. That's clearly the entirety of what happened in that particular fight, and Matthysse would otherwise never have been able to catch him with those blocks of concrete on his feet.

Also I love the gloss on Matthysse missing punches in the first round when Peterson was boxing so beautifully with nary a mention of Lucas landing the two most meaningful shots of the round in the final 10 seconds. I suppose Lamont simply threw away the game plan before round 2 even started.

most of his videos make sense. in this case however, i think he's underestimating lucas. lucas thinks in the ring and he can adapt. most of the time he just wants to end the fight early.
