why do you rank holmes and foreman so high? holmes was consistent and maintained his title quite long but fought in a very weak era. was the second career of them both decisive in ranking them?
I have Lennox Lewis as #1 h2h and Resume. I don't really consider the Rahman and Mccall losses losses because of the corruption involved and because he avenged both. 1-Lewis 2-Ali 3-Joe Louis 4-Evander Holyfield 5-Mike Tyson H2H 1-Lewis 2-Ali 3-Tyson 4-Vitali 5-Holyfield
Ok Klittard alt. John Scully had it 7-3 Lewis. I'm sure you know more than SCULLY. He was the one commentating on one of the networks... Mercer had 'close rounds' but Lewis won them.... Now shut your slut mouth up.
Their second time around in boxing plays a significant part, no doubt. Holmes longevity as champ and excellent skills push him up the list for me as well as how I believe he'd do h2h historicly. Foreman's win over Frazier and the way he went through fighters before Ali, plus his h2h ability. And while its an official loss, George should have had the win in the Briggs fight and that besides winning back the heavyweight title at 45 are hugely impressive in my opinion, more so than anyone I rank underneath him has done in my opinion. Here is my top 12 heavyweight p4p list, it might help exposing my heavyweight top 10 or 12 list a bit. http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?t=450390
He was certainly lazy like a lion at times. He is top 5 in my book. Would be higher but he got complacent
