    ...asking Rigondeaux to fight Donaire.


    Think about that. Donaire probably had a good 10lb on Rigondeaux in the ring. Mayweather weights about 150ish on fight night. A 10lb difference for a 125lb fighter is 12.5% of his bodyweight, while a 20lb difference for a 150lb fighter is 13.333% of their bodyweight (repeating, of course). Nahmsayin'?

    its the equivalent of asking marquez to jump 2 weight classes and mayweather still being over the weight limit

    edit: im glad floyd will get a taste of his own medicine

    No, because Mayweather presumably won't come in fat and Alvarez will make weight.

    yeah i dont see anything wrong with it... theyre both 154 champions.. if floyd wants to come in at 151 thats on him, if he's crying about 154lbs fighters rehydrating then he needs to stay the hell away from the 154 division then.

    It's similiar to him fighting Baldo or Ortiz, with maybe adding 3-5 more pounds. Or Pac fighting Clottey or Marg.

    It's like asking donaire to fightting mattysee. On fight night mattysee weighs around 150 and donaire 130. It wud never happen. Floyd always had a weight disadvantage except Marquez . Skills win fights but that a big ask

    Baldomir was 162, Ortiz was 164, Canelo was 172 in his last fight.

    20 lb difference at 150 is 13.3%

    *I still think he should fight Canelo at 154 lbs.

    look if you get fighters to weigh in the day of the fight, then it is a fair thing. As it is, he should be able to beat Canelo if he really is as good as Floyd says he is.
