Firstly I hate these waste of space threads but I cannot find answer anywhere.

Is the Froch/Kessler PPV available in HD on Virgin Media? I purchased it and it gives me no indication that it will be in HD. I have previously ordered fight cards through the Live Events channel and unfortunately they came through in SD but I believe that was with CrimetimePPV.

Can anyone shed any light on this please? I have obviously contacted Virgin multiple times and searched internet to no avail. when I reselect on the PPV purchase it just tells me that i have purchased the event and the viewing starts at 19:45.

I already understand that we wont be able to record but if I have to watch in SD(like a peasant :bart) I may cry uncontrollably. :crybby

That is actually pretty gutting and I will be cancelling the PPV if thjat is the case. Not paying the same price for SD as others do for HD. That is total bull**** I thought that was just because Crimetime were crooks. Now i have to go out to watch the fecking boxing oh what a pain! thanks for the info anyway mate.

Being that not every channel is in HD it is obvious that I already have the knowledge that watching it will not "make my eyes bleed", however to pay £15 for a SD broadcast when the value of HD broadcast is £15 simply makes no sense. Why be a sheep?

I have already purchased the event but will call tomorrow to get a refund and watch elsewhere on Sat night.
