Some other good guys. And alone this AA win is enough. He did something to AA what nobody could do before. Stieglitz-Ward or Froch/Kessler-Ward are the only fights who could get some interest.
But at the end I want him to move up anyway.

Cleverly would be an easy win for Ward.

once Floyd got the 'rub' from Oscar, he became a PPV attraction. There is no one for Ward to get a 'rub' off of. If he was a European, he would be a big star and a big attraction. In the US, he is neither.

Ward will likely take a tune up, then continue cleaning out the best fighters in and around his weight class. He will continue to technically dominate them and show the willingness to take on the best available that separates him from the British icon who refused to do so.

I see what you did there. Difference is...Ward is so unwatchable he makes Wlad looks like Prince Naseem Hamed

You're a better poster than this. I realize the Brits hate Ward for stealing whatever spotlight Mr. "I don't want tough fights" had, but you can not rate Ward's technical brilliance below Wlad's pawing and grabbing without losing some credibility.

Dont say Ward is much better. His clinch action against Froch was terrible. And I say this as a german. I dont like Froch. But you cant deny that Ward clinched ALOT in that fight. Ward is the best fighter in this division with great skills. But he is not exciting to watch. At least you can get some highlight KOes with Wladimir.

Andre clinched in the last two rounds due to a broken hand. He was fighting an equally sized guy who carried more power.

Wlad clinches smaller, less powerful men from the opening bell until his opponent is about to fall over from exhaustion.

Andre used his feet against AA, his hand speed against Dawson, his overall game against Kessler. He's different every bout. Wlad is the same record.

But, I do understand not everybody will find Ward overly entertaining. You just can't rate him below Wlad without revealing bias.

His big fight will be being the B side to a C+ middleweight.

I guess every international fight needs to take place once in each fighter's home country since the butthurt Froch fanboys can't accept that Ward is simply better.

According to who.. 1 judge ? the other two only had Ward by 2 points.

For some reason over time Wards victory over Froch according to Ward fans has gone from what I saw, a fairly tight but clear win for Ward to a complete schooling and near shut out by Ward.. :huh Its as if the result has evolved over the last 18 months into something completely different from what actually took place.. :nut
