If any of you guys get tired legs try this. Go for a long cycle on the machine and try and last for 30-60min. What I do is try and go at a constant fast pace but set the incline on 0 for about 2 minutes to warm up then incline to 60-75% and go for about a min then 0 incline for like 45 seconds to a 80 seconds. then 1 min on 60-75% for about an hour. Correct me if i'm wrong, but this works really well for me.
I do about 10minutes to warm up and I barely last that most days. For me I found squats bodyweight and weighted really good.
