Great excercise for not getting tired legs

    If any of you guys get tired legs try this. Go for a long cycle on the machine and try and last for 30-60min. What I do is try and go at a constant fast pace but set the incline on 0 for about 2 minutes to warm up then incline to 60-75% and go for about a min then 0 incline for like 45 seconds to a 80 seconds. then 1 min on 60-75% for about an hour. Correct me if i'm wrong, but this works really well for me.

    I would get bored out my arse if I tried to sit on a stationary bike for an hour

    I do about 10minutes to warm up and I barely last that most days.

    For me I found squats bodyweight and weighted really good.

    Go for a lengthy pattern on the device and try and last for 30-60min, What I do is try and go at a continuous quick speed but set the slant on 0 for about 2 moments to heated up then slant to 60-75 and go for about a min then 0 slant for like 45 a few moments to a 80 a few moments....
