    Effectice Agression
    Clearn Punching
    Ring Gerneralship
    Defence

Defence went out of the window in that fight, and there were only 2 rounds where Kessler clearly dictated the pace, landed the cleaner punches and was the most aggressive. Theres a case for saying in some of the rounds Kessler won, that no fighter was in control of the fight, Froch was still coming forward more and landing shot. So the judge favours Frochs effective agression over Kesslers clean shots.

I had it 115-113 but Kessler only clearly won 2 rounds in the fight. The 6th and the 11th. I have seen every other Kessler round be given to Froch by somebody.

  2. just finished rewatching the fight. last night i scored it 115-113 to froch.

on the rewatch I scored it 116-112 to froch.

round 10 was the hardest round to score

kessler has a great recovery, he was hurt at least 3 times in the 8th round.

    Ingrate actually. :hey

If you choose to read everything I say instead of cherry picking what you want to attack for your agenda. You'll see why I didnt give them a penny. :scaredas:

Nothing to do with Froch or Kessler or even Eddie Hearn, or anybody else involved for that matter. It was a poor card, which we all expected before the fight and Froch-Kessler turned out to be the fight we all hoped for.

But the reason I didn't give them a penny was because of.....

    Rupert Murdoch!

If I did pay for it, I'd be a hypocrite, because I'm anti-Sky and anti-Murdoch....If I am anti-anything for that matter. Why would I cough up if I am against those things?

    Hit me Sky rep. :good

We all know you love getting it up the shitter from good old Uncle Rupert! :deal

I had it 117-112. According to many of you, that is too wide. I watched and scored the fight very closely. There were some close rounds, but Froch was outworking Kessler for most of the fight.

I thought it was nice. It was almost like Byrd went 'Carl i know what Tillerman did in last fight. I'm going to score it pretty much all for you.''

The SKY commentary was shocking as per usual, Kessler would land a hard punch and nothing, Froch lands on Kessler's gloves and they couldnt get enough, that on its own made it a very difficult fight to score. That was from a fans point of view anyway. Glenn McCrory calling Kessler prime at one point as well:patsch it would help if they had a pundit or two who could actually give us some helpful insight. The 118-110 scorecard was shocking but nothing will happen to that judge and they will be free to move on and take food off fighters tables with more bad decisions. The sport needs effective procedures to deal with poor officiating like that, boxing has to be one of the worst organised sports in the world currently.

Disagree. Poor scoring shouldn't be ignored no matter if the right guy wins or not. Today it might not matter, but tomorrow it could rob a fighter of the win he deserves. The one that pissed me off was the judge that scored Haye/Valuev a draw. Luckily Haye got the win he deserved but other fighters may not be so lucky when poor judging is allowed to continue.

While I scored it for Kessler, I don't see any controversy in Froch winning, same as I didn't see any controversy in Kessler winning last time.

It's a shame some judges leave their glasses at home and write the scorecard in advance.

Sometimes you talk such sense, Craney. You should do more of it.

118-110 was someone giving Froch every benefit of the doubt. It was a close, competitive fight. I didn't see more than two rounds in it.

Harold Lederman for HBO had it 117-111....

Who pays these humpty dumpty's man?

Lederman is one of the worst scorers in the whole of boxing. Yet HBO claim he is one of the best? This aint the first time, and it won't be the last!

    Remember Bradley-Pacquiao?

There was a couple of rounds in this fight, a few pushing it. Froch was the winner, no doubting that, whether you had it by a round or two, Froch won the fight.

But this scoring is ridiculous, and whilst you can say the right man won. The scoring should never be overlooked as scoring like this can lead to ****ed up decisions! And it has done! Lots of times!

These are the judges calling this fight, the only 3 scores that matter and if you honestly think there was 8 points in this fight.

    Then. :-(
