Does Hearn have the balls to pick up the phone and ring Wards people?

 

Great boxer. humble. family man. No controversy. Represents our sport with dignity.

"Fights at home" - like Floyd did, Roy did, Oscar, Calzaghe did apart from his last two fights etc. It's not like he's fighting at home in front of small crowds. He's a big draw in his city so it's justified.

Really don't see anything that people can hate on unless people just hate when he beat Froch. In which case these people are not boxing fans, they're Froch fans.

Of course he needs Ward. Ward doesn't need him. Ward is the no.1 Super Middle in the world, so why does he have to go anywhere? If somebody wants to challenge the best they have to after him/her... not the other way round. And Ward already beat Froch handily, so why should he have to fight him again? He has nothing to prove. It's Froch that has something to prove.

And did ye hear this about Froch wanting a ref to let him do what he want's? And home advantage? If he really wants to beat him he should beat Ward on Ward's terms and prove he's better. It was the same with Kessler. After the first fight Froch said that if that fight was in Nottingham he would of won. That doesn't say he was better, that says that the judges would of given me the win in my hometown.

He has to understand, he's not the no.1 in the division, he cant be makin the demands that suit him and nobody else.

Froch only wants the fight in the UK. If Ward does not go there we wont see a rematch. But this is ok. Ward already schooled him. The thing is... what is else there in this division for Ward? He also has no belt right now. But he needs one in order to sell his fights better.
