He also stated that a strict referee would have scored 115-113.

A strict referee also wouldn't have given Bute a 20 count to avoid a KTFO loss on his record years ago.

I posted several times that I had 115-113 and would have no complaints with 116-112.
    Why can't I get a thread about my opinion?:|

    watched it again tonight

    scored it 116-112 for Froch

    1 10 :9 Froch

    2 10 :9 Froch

    3 10 :9 Froch

    4 9: 10 Kessler

    5 9: 10 Kessler

    6 9: 10 Kessler

    7 10:9 Froch

8 9:10 Kessler ( could go either way)

9 10:9 Froch ( could go either way)

    10 10:9 Froch

11 10:9 Froch could go either way

    12 10:9 Froch

    116-112 Froch

i think everything from 117-111 Froch to 114-114 sounds OK
    but Froch deserved the Win

118-110 from one judge looked a bit wide

I had 117-111 for Froch. Only gave Kessler rounds 5, 6 and 11.

No way in a million years did Froch win rd 11 - he was inches away from being KTFO in that round. Apart from that I agree.

Froch won two minutes of round 11, it just so happens that Kesslers one minute was big, its perfectly plausible to give it to Froch.

Whats the big deal? Froch threw nearly 1000 punches. landed a third of those. Dictated the majority of the fight with his jab, landed decent power shots consistently. He clearly, I mean clearly won the fight. It was not as close as the first encounter. 116-112 is well justified.

Throwing and landing are two different things.Froch was swinging like a windmill at times and hitting nothing but air.I still had it 116-112 Froch.
