Heard a lot about him. Some people refer to him as the best boxer to never win a world title. He also seems to have been a big influence on Naseem, and from what I remember, Eubank was impressed with him too.
Yeah, Eubank apparently said that he would never fight Graham, because 'why would you fight someone you can't hit?'. They did spar, though, and Graham completely outboxed Eubank in most of their sessions, aside from when he got knocked down by a good punch.
