Maybe that is that why he was rolling about like an upturned turtle trying to get back to his feet in the Thompson match?
:rofl Scared for Lennox here, surely he's gonna be tempted to come back when he sees first hand just how shocking a modern heavyweight prospect/contender actually is.
I think Pricey should actually bulk up a bit like Lennox did in the mid 1990s he might almost be too skinny atm. I think Lennox will be a good trainer though, there's that clip of him and Eubank and it gives a small insight into Lennox's boxing brain.
Invaluable guidance for Price here, it can't help but do him good. Looking forward to see if there's any refinements in the Thompson rematch
I can't help but remember Lennox Lewis as a commentator, he was so simplistic and stated the obvious. Maybe sometimes as a Coach/Trainer that's all you need to do. Make everything really simple and state the obvious. "This journey, seems completely pointless from a technical point of view but..? Psychological and from a confidence point of view..? It can only help David Price. You hear allot about boxers reverting to type, David Price in my opinion is not a confident person deep down. That's the difference between him, Tyson Fury, David Haye, even Audley Harrison. As a person, i don't think David Price is a confident person. David Price needed a little trip like this. But technically he is probably been told the most obvious things in the history of mankind by Lennox Lewis, the most simple and obvious things.
