So is Froch going to be SBO for every fight going forward now?

There's a bizzarre interest in Jr, I personally think it his is style and the obvious relation blended into this mass interest of a relatively basic fighter.

On paper and to the neutral Chavez Jr is probably the biggest name for any MW or SMW in the world, in terms of revenue.

    The kid generates interest :deal

Be interesting if he fights Bika/Periban winner or Steiglitz for another belt, would they deem it PPV worthy simply because its a unification.

    One would hope not.

Boxing on Sky One is an outstanding call and certainly one id never thought of, they show films and wrestling so why not boxing.

They could use the smaller shows there, then have the likes of Froch Kessler on sky sports which we already ****ing pay for.

There isn't many SBO fights out there for him but enough for his remaining fights to all be SBO.

Hopkins and Ward II in England are immediately SBO fights.

Hearn said yesterday that a fight vs someone like Steiglitz couldn't be a PPV fight.

I think his head is screwed on enough to know what is and what isn't a PPV fight.

Or at least I hope it is!

Why would they put a sport on SKY1 when they have 4/5 'sports' channels? :huh

Ward fight will be if it's in England.

Hearns claimed it was made SBO so they could afford to pay Kessler what was needed to bring him over.

It depends where the fights happen. Froch-Ward II held UK time is PPV-worthy but at US time it's not.

    absolutely yes.

fast eddie will capitalise on the success of last weekend.....he will only have froch in mega fights from now on....even if that means losing belts for not defending against mandatories.....he's alluded to as much in recent interviews....he wants froch - groves...but he said it'll be a 40-50,000 live audience with PPV if it does happen and he intends for groves to be bringing a belt in with him.

only pvv for froch from now on.....if he loses, he'll turn it in.
