    Canelo is the future of Golden Boy. I can't imagine that we will see fair judging.

    Buddy, we saw Mayweather fight Golden Boy himself. The judging was a bit shady in that fight but Mayweather got the nod. Mayweather is pinpoint accurate with his shots and rarely takes a flush shot. Its almost impossible to out point him.

    More money was to be made by allowing a young Floyd to get a fair fight. Floyd has a max of 5 fights left, while Canelo is 22. You do the math.

    I will do the math. Everyone expects Canelo to lose anyway, so him losing wont hurt his marketability. Mayweather is the one with the huge guaranteed contract that would have 3 fights left on it. Financially, it would be better if Mayweather wins.

    Hmmm, Floyd is nearing retirement.

    Canelo has a full decade ahead of him.

    The question is, does GBP have the balls to screw Floyd up?

    I can see why someone would say that..

    but just how bad is a Floyd Mayweather loss on your resume?

    Especially if Canelo goes on to have a great career,only really being defeated by an ATG

    Closer than should be scorecards but dont think they'll outright rob Floyd especially since he's the biggest name in boxing now. And its his rules, revenue, and I'm sure the ref will even let him get away with a few dirty stuff. Should still be a good fight and I'll see the fight actually happen before speculating a robbery though it could happen I just dont see it.

    Big strong boy like Canelo should be able to hang tough and take a good beating.
