    Best answer. Sweet D came up with the dumbest response. He made himself look like a total idiot. Pac already has the better resume and will be remembered higher than Floyd. Floyd needs to have worried about that.

    Nope. He never fought as an underdog. He always imposes advantages on his opponent and fights safety first just to ensure preservation of that "0". If you call that a step up then maybe we have too far a gap in standard.

    Floyd's step-ups have been:
    1. Hernandez
    2. Corrales
    3. Castillo
    4. Oscar

    Each of those represented a significant perceived challenge at the time. Once he beat Oscar, he had arrived. Since then, he's really only one A level test in Cotto.
