Hiding from the top dawgs of the division.

50 was trying to get him a fight with a top 20, but he needed a tuneup. The he promised a quick turnaround, talking like he was gonna fight once a month until he was sharp again.

Here it is 3 months later and mums the word from 50 or Dirrel.

saw him in Vegas for the Floyd fight. He was at his brother's fight who fought the night before Floyd. I think Andre was suppose to fight that following week or a couple of weeks earlier. I think I heard he has 1 more tuneup and then wants a big fight

Seriously I used to be fan of his, clearly the most talented 168 fighter and clearly the biggest mental midget in sport of boxing if not all sports!!!

Think that Abraham fight had a serious effect on him.

Whether or not,it ever really had an effect on him physically.

Mentally,it seems to have affected him.

Why else would he fight twice in about 3 years?

In that time he could have made a few million.

I am a fan of Ward & Froch....but Dirrell was probably my favorite...the physical attributes, skill set and ring IQ this man has made me believe 1 day he could have been PPV 1#

Plus when Dirrell is offensive he is great to watch....casual fans would love him....when he's throwing combinations.....

I haven't lived for that long really.. But from what I have seen so far, I can clearly tell that talent is only 10% of it.

Carl Froch doesn't have anywhere near the talent that Dirrell has, but he has a accomplished far more simply because of his will and work ethic.

He might have talent. But the mental game of a fighter is the most important thing.

He still wakes up every morning, crying how he can't believe he got knocked out.

Dirrell is one of the best undefeated fighters out there. If he had a better promoter, like GBP or TR, we would be seeing him fighting a lot more.

50 Cent is going to finish killing his career.

How are you in your prime, late 20s, and don't even have one fight in the entire 2012. In between Abraham and Cunningham, in 2010-2011, he took off 21 months. In between Cunningham and his last fight, he took off 14 months. That is a total of 35 months of inactivity from 2010-2013.
