Okay, I already made a thread on this, but unfortunately, most people misunderstood the question, and the poll results were skewed. There is no doubt that FMJ-Pac prior to 2012 would have been the biggest fight in boxing history, and far bigger in every way than the intriguing FMJ-Alvarez will be, but that's not what I'm asking.

The question is about NOW. If post Bradley, post JMM IV Pac had been chosen as FMJ's opponent in September, would it generate more attention and money and than FMJ-Alvarez will?

    That went well.

Abraham son: Log off, unplug your computer, put it in the oven, gas mark 6 for an hour, while its cooking, step outside your front door, find a pedestrian crossing, press the button, wait for the red man, and cross the road.

NO. You're only as relevant as you're last fight.. In Pac's case, last 3 filghts

Floyd/Pac might generate more money and/or international buzz, but Floyd/Alvarez is the much, much BETTER fight.

Fighting Pacquiao now would be seen as the biggest cherry pick of his career since Zab Judah or Sharmba Mitchell.

Pac. They could fight even when both are shot and it would still do at least 1.5 mil in ppv imo. It's about name recognition to the casuals. And that's what matters.

Pac and Floyd is a 2 million PPV event minimum. ......Floyd vs Canelo might go over 1.5 at the most! Canelo isn't nearly the draw that Pac and Floyd are.
