Mayweather is more than a 3/1 favorite. The odds in the Mosley fight and the Marquez fight were about that close.
i don't think so. i can get 3 to 1 for my money on Alvarez. I seem to remember i could get between 7 and 9 to 1 for the Marquez and Mosley fights.
I read it here. http://linemakers.sportingnews.com/sport/2013-05-30/floyd-mayweather-vs-saul-canelo-alvarez-odds-las-vegas-site-date-mgm-grand
actually just looking back, mosley was about the same your right. and yes hatton was also similar odds. It just shows i guess. probably wise to just bet on floyd again!
A quick google but he was... -600 against Judah -700 against Baldomir -185 against De La Hoya -270 against Hatton -420 against Marquez -425 against Mosley -625 against Ortiz -800 against Cotto -750 against Guerrero -225 against Canelo
You guys complaining about the fight being at 152 are full of ****. First of all the fight is still in the LMW division. 154 is just the MAX you can weigh on fight night. Its an attempt to level the playing field between a fighter that will weigh 151 on fight night, with the other coming in at 170. It's not that difficult to wrap your head around unless you're a ****in ******.
And people talking about how Floyd doesnt fight anyone who can beat him, anyone from 160-140, Floyd will be the favorite. Deal with it.
