The Brewster v Golota knockout has one of my favorite HBO commentating quotes ever

After Golota goes down a second time.......
Lampley: this is the Golota that froze against Lennox Lewis
Jones: no its not. This is the Golota that just got the hell knocked out of him.
    Lampley: good point

Roy was on fire that night. He also said right after "he didn't freeze, he got iced"

Jones-Griffin II was the first that sprung to mind, along with Hill-Tiozzo and Brewster-Golota.

Continuing the Jones love fest, Jones-Byrd was a supreme exhibition, but obviously against limited opposition.

Jose Luis Lopez' blitzkrieg of Eamonn Loughran was impressive, and announced his arrival on the world stage.

Freitas-Alexandrov deserves a mention. Freitas had bigger nights in the ring, but never looked more devastating.

Yeah is was bizarre. I remember Golota was very late showing up for the fight. And they when he got in the ring he looked high as a kite. His eyes looked like he had been smoking pot. I was upset Golota showed up like that. I was expecting his fight with Lewis to be a good one. Golota had probably more talent than anyone in his era. He just had mental problems. I will always give him credit for ending Bowes career. Golota put a beating on Bowe he never recoverd from. Golota is the first person I even seen throw a combo below the belt. It's to bad Wlad ducked Golota.

Oh ****, I hadn't read that far into the posts yet but that thought came to mind immediately. :good

Well done by Brewster too, I picked Golota to teach Lamon a boxing lesson as he had done with Byrd & Ruiz and getting robbed both times. The fact that Andrew did so well against Byrd & Ruiz makes that KO1 by Brewster even more significant in my eyes.
