    I think Toney has tons of skill and was one of the best, if not the best, at effectively fighting in the pocket.

    I don't agree with generalizing fighters from the 40's or that Walcott had less skill. They both did what they did well. Different strengths. I believe Walcott could do things Toney couldn't, having more aspects of his game to fall back on.
