Ali fought in Germany, Zaire, UK, Philippines. Why can't Wlad fight in Russia?

They used the German BDB for the fight in Moscow, which I never understood. How can a German commission have jurisdiction in Russia?

Wladimir has been seen on several occassions being very buddy buddy with BDB president Thomas Putz (guy that looks like Beaker from the muppets that's also present for the K2 weigh-ins and press confs). I believe K2 definitely has an "arrangement" with the commission to allow advantages in their favor.

Everything you said is 100% right. K2 and the Klitschkos are bullies. I still remember when Vitali wanted to fight Brewster insted of Rahman when Rahman was manditory. The WBC said Vitali had to fight Rahman so he retired. It made Vitali look like such a coward. And now Wlad does not have control of everything so he ducks Povetkin claiming bull**** excuses. Wlad looks like the coward ducking Povetkin no matter how you look at it. I'm so tired of the Klitschkos trying to control everything. The both should be stripped of there titles. That will teach them a lesson. Wlad can finish the rest of his career fighting bums for all we care as long as he does not have the belts. I'm tired of Wlad destroying the sport I love. The heavyweight champion means nothing anymore thanks to him.

 

Is this fight in serious danger of not happening or is it just talk?

 

Well *** Boente can't say that anymore since Wlad will be stripped of his WBA belt for ducking Povetkin. I get tired of the nuthuggers blaming Boente for everything. He is just a puppet for the Klitschkos. Wlad is the one ducking Povetkin not Boente. Say what you want about Povetkin he is way more risky than any fight Wlad has taken in 10 years. Haye was really the only one I can think of. Its ashame how weak Wlads fights have been. K2 lost the bid and they will drop the WBA belt because of it. So its a win for Povetkin. Maybe he can win some more of Wlads belts the same way.

 

No its not just talk. This fight is not going to happen sorry to tell you. K2 lost the bid so Wlad does not have control. SO he is going to duck Povetkin and lose his WBA belt. It makes Wlad look really bad when you consider he has had 4 easy fights in a row. It makes it look like Wlad want to fight bums in germany and make easy money. Wlad could careless about boxing and its fans.

 

SO Wlad is a brown nose too huh?? Not surprised because he seems like the type that would kiss ass to get what he wants.
