Ha I could never make light weight! I can't make 140 either unless I start really struggling an neglecting my training for weight loss training instead, I spar lightmiddles an middles an do fine. Training is going well few hiccups with dates being changed, but that's expected.

 

thats good to hear about the training mate , some still knocking you about dedication forgetting that your only human. Is it right youve got a strength and conditioning team in now??

 

Yes mate have since been in brum getting stronger each fight, to be honest my strength on circuits was a joke at first could hardly do press ups as always blogged myself out of circuits as only wanted to do boxing stuff. But now realise its really important an I am seeing great improvements in my work!!

You should go and spend a week in Arnies gym and see how hard they work how dedicated he is and how much passion he has for the sport.
The man has done well in the short time he's been a coach,your points do come across with an element of jealousy behind them but don't fear your one of very many in our great sport!

Hands on heart Arnie hasn't ever said anything derogatory about Frank to me. Arnie and Frank get on these days too.

 

If Arnie is 2 faced like you say he is and the lads in his gym knows it how come he is coaching more fighters than ever ? to be exact he coaches 9 pro fighters not bad going for someone who's 2 faced
