Choc would be close to 6"1 wouldnt he?

Yeah Choc is about 5ft11.
Kariuki fought much of his earlier career at Light Heavy & Cruiser u have to realize.

 

Hello boys Kariuki was 85kg at fight time a big sm Victor was 81kg , it was not agood fight if you were in a corner Vic copped too many hits while looking at the ground he will not fight again until his footwork and defence has improved ,he knows there is a lot of hard work ahead of him before he fights again. The fight could have went either way we were very lucky I rate Kariuki very high at sm . also victor could never make middle wheight no way possible . Paul Briggs would be a good fight at sm.

Yeah spend the next few months improving those deficiencies & try getting him in with some durable guys later this year.
A fight with Briggsy would be outstanding down the track in the next 12 months.

 

Briggs would win that one quite easily imo

 

its very unusual for russian fighters not to have great foot work,
or do think he has relied so much on his power that he has neglected his foot work and defence

 

I think thats the case. He has neglected the footwork & defensive side to his game.

 

Your spot on they have fed him stiffs his entire career givig him a false sense of security he hasent realized this himself until now . He now realizes he has a lot of work to do.

 

but its very hard to break old habits..
