He looked very sluggish, sloppy and just off overall really. Could be due to being out of the ring for a year, could be over trained as he's had a long camp, could be that all the years of hard sparring have caught up to him a bit
Just seen him on boxing hour very smart personable lad.No excuses more or less said realised it was not going to be his night...kept his powder dry for another shot with another belt.Got his head very firmly screwed on right.
Yes,he's easy to like.Interesting lad.Ive always thought he's proud of his British background and wondered why he's not fought more here.Says the money is in Germany.Does he actually live in London?
Horrible performance. It was like he learned nothing from the first two. Huck, on the other hand, surprisingly improved a lot from II.
As I said he did say he fought the wrong fight too technical.....and he was surprised how strong Huck was.he said he took one shot on the arms which hurt so much he decide he didn't want to take one like that on the head!!!!Wants to put aside money for retirement and still be able to count it.......smart very honest lad.
Not seen the fight yet but he came across very well on Bunce tonight. Very honest about his performance and the business. Hope he does win a world title, seems like he has had a long hard journey so he deserves every he gets
hasnt lived in london in 12 years moved to Los Angeles when his mother passed away lived in USA illegally for a few years before marrying an american to get legal at aged 20 having never had an amatuer fight and only been in the gym 2 years turned pro and is now doing what he is doing pretty amazing story
C+ boxer, B flat fighter. Not the strongest champ ever, but not quite 'paper' either. He isn't terribly fast and is sloppy even now after gradually making some improvements from the fundamental lacking mess he used to be, and his power is moderate to very good at best - not devastating...but his intangibles have kept him in the mix.
