I think Hopkins can take this one. Kovalev is there to be hit by a straight right and jabs. Those are Bernard's money punches. Mark me down for Hopkins KO.

Dude wtf are you talking about. "High risk low reward" is Bernard's middle name. He is a god damn legend, and no matter who he fights its going to be big news. Kovalev should be thanking Bernard for giving him the chance to be in the ring with a legend.

I think Pascal would ****ing wreck Kovalev. And Bernard beat him. What ****ing fluidity that he has not seen before are you talking about here?

No this is some bull**** right here. Kovalev has fought a bunch of nobodies, and the last guy he just fought had him staggered with jabs and straights. Please, this overhype nonsense needs to go. Kovalev is not that good guys, and Pascal KO's him too.

Yeah I think Kovalev would be out of there within 7. But don't worry, when he gets exposed (or fights someone with a pulse) then we will see all of you ****roaches scatter away. Bet you don't back him after that you ****ing bum.

Pascal had him hurt, knocked him down, and I think Kovalev is much more difficult stylistically than Pascal.

    He's seen it before.

Problem is, Hopkins does his worst against it. He'll outbox sluggers, basic fighters, and guys who only throw one or two shots at a time all day long just like he did Pascal and Cloud, but he looks his age against guys like Dawson, Calzaghe, and, if they fight, Kovalev. What Kovalev does the best is what bothers Hopkins the most, only he hits harder than Dawson and Calzaghe.

It's not unwinnable for Hopkins, but I'd pick against him the same reason I picked Calzaghe and Dawson against him. Styles make fights.

Hopkins is not bigger than boxing. If he wants to choose his opponents, he should relinquish the title.

Kovalev is a good combo puncher and can fight on the inside, I will give him that. But he is not as fast (maybe harder) then Calzghe. Dawson is faster and harder than Kovalev, and Bernard did not have all that terrible of a fight in their rematch. Kovalev cannot fight backwards, he is going to get exposed on this sooner or later.

Dude I dunno, at this point Hopkins may be bigger than boxing. This is a living legend we are talking about, oldest guy to win a world title. Let's not forget this.

And I think Kovalev's chin is suspect. Let's not get carried away with the Kovalev hype either.
