    Rickys only ticking over although hes helped young Iain Butcher with some sparring for his British tile shot in Liverpool.
    Were also sparring Derry Mathews next week, top guy Derry albeit a right ugly **** :lol::lol::lol:

    Basically Ricky will do 10 weeks camp nothing other than sparring changes in that i mean tring to replicate our next opponent.
    Ricky trains hard daily to be fair if ricky was asked to do a 10 rounder on friday i know he manage it no problem his fitness levels are so high.

    See the funny thing is ive personally never seen Ricky has an underdog in any fight hes had.
    The Scottish mentality is bonkers but i think they know they have someone a little special in Ricky
