Good fight. You looked good, especially for a 6th fight. I am by no means an amazing fighter so I can't be overly critical. Perhaps something to work on though is your approach. You appear very hesitant to get into proper range to fire off some shots, so instead you relied heavily on long range straight shots leading you to over-commit to a single punch, becoming very predictable and easy to counter. Perhaps work on better combinations and head movement to "work" your way in with multiple punches, rather than jumping in for a single shot, then backing straight out.
Otherwise, your defense looks solid and when you were throwing combinations they seemed much more effective as well.
I can't speak for the judges - perhaps you did score more punches, but the other guy controlled the pace most of the time. Maybe next fight you can get more comfortable within range, fire off a few hard, controlled punches and make him think twice about backing you up.

Good fight. I think you'll do better in the next one.

it was a close fight, and you are very nice for 9 months boxing. i am also not very good for giving advices, but little more feints and jabs would open him up more.

I like how you aim for a body with straight left. After few lefts in body, try to crouch like you gonna hit body (feint) and hit head, that is working for me very well.

Also there is punching technic issue, i think that will be solved with more mitt work and lot of shadow boxing --> What i saw is that you want to hit hard from shoulders, that punches are slow and you can also injury yourself. If you punch from shoulders, make them fast but with less power. Also combine that punches with hard punches from legs, you did it few times, there were some good combos, keep it up.

Just a quick question whats your height/weight?

One thing I noticed is sometimes when you lean back you are a bit off balance it appears, be very careful when doing that. If it becomes a pattern an opponent might throw something so you lean back and follow up with something in anticipation of you moving like that.

As a fellow southpaw and beginner, my only advice is for you to utilize these...
    - keep a sharp stiff jab, let it retract quickly, you dont even have to touch him just give him something to look at and worry about.
    - use an up jab to rip through the high guard when sticking him, all he did was stalk so he was prone to eating jabs
    - he wanted to throw that lead hook because you were over committing going forward with the jab and since his hand was higher than yours, he could hook over your jab
RULE OF THUMB:: SOUTHPAW VS ORTHODOX:: if your lead hand is higher than his, you have control over his greatest asset, his jab. You can bait his jab and knock it down then throw your jab. Or when he jabs, knock it down and double jab stepping around and throw a shot to the body.
    - He wanted to lead with power shots ALOT so you have to do something to disrupt that rhythm, with feints and a good jab. Think about it, the only reason why i would risk throwing a lead power shot is because youre there to take it. If youre not, im in for a nice counter surprise. Move your head and change your level, dip low a little to throw him off and move side to side.
    - The most dangerous punch against you, is the left hook. Just watch the opening you gave him. Learn to play with your hand positioning but when you move in, keep the guard high, when he moves in, keep it high.
Finally, the best offense is a good sharp, educated jab. Every time you moved in, he tried to go for the hook with no follow up so you could've jabbed ducked and jabbed in and around or jabbed, rocked back jab in and around and follow it up. The jab is pressure, even when your moving back, its pressure and when youre moving forward, its even more hell. JAB JAB JAB, my coach taught me this, and just from sparring, i see what he means.

I'll definitely work on my jab, I couldn't use my left hand alot because my ligaments in my thumb are torn. You right my jab is something I need to work on thanks :)
