Macklin will come to fight that's for sure.

He'll come in with a tight, high guard and look to take it too GGG.

He won't have a hope if he goes at Golovkin with non-stop pressure. This isn't Sturm he's fighting.

Didn't Bute have a gold at the amateur worlds? And wasn't he unbeaten having defeated some decent names and even before the Super Six a lot of opinions were that he was probably the best at his weight, and only fighting the winner of the Super Six would decide it?

I'm not saying Golovkin is another Bute, just saying it's easy to get carried away by hype and start thinking someone is unbeatable.

Macklin looks in great shape and has the heart and strength to test anyone at this weight. Golovkin will be favourite - but Bute will tell you just how much that means...

Well, KTFO in the sense it was a body shot Bute was up from in the equivalent to a 4 count

Golovkin is a World Class puncher, probably an excellent\world class boxer technically, he has a sound chin and stamina. Enjoy him whilst he's here.
Macklin is a good fighter, but he will be probably be battered by GGG. ;)

Did you see the state of him when he got up? Was all over the place.

Nah i think Macklin gets his fair dues and is rated just about right by most. Nobody is underating him, the facts are he has come up short when its mattered.

Exactly, it was right on the chin and he went down like a sack of **** and looked dazzled when he got up, and that was years ago with head gear on and 22 oz gloves.

I believe Macklin has a legitimate chance at winning. We haven't seen ggg in deep waters and Macklin is going to take him there. No way is Macklin getting blown away, hes going to give ggg a tough fight here.
