Burns with a fight on the Froch undercard against Crolla before he fights that unbeaten yank. would love it if Crolla pulled of a major major upset.

billy nelson said the winner of this fight wont be getting a shot at burns something must have changed in the past week or two also said rees would win easy. doesnt seem to get on with joe gallagher either could be a bit of grudge match

 

Burns/crolla wouldn't be a bad fight but i'd expect bigger fights for burns now. Going from beltran to crolla is a huge step back..... Eddie will milk burns as long as he can, however burns still needs to beat beltran. Let the best fight the best.

 

this is clearly Eddie's mo he believes in momentum and he wants Burns winning a few easier fights before he steps him up again.

 

Surely if Hearn & Burns have a 3 fight deal then Billy/Ricky can push for bigger fights to be on the table?

 

Lets get it right Burns was bloody lucky in his last fight and Hearn isn't an idiot. As soon as he signed him he said he would be keeping him boxing in Scotland and as soon as said that we knew he wouldn't be facing the top guys. We shouldn't be surprised by this potential match in December.

 

I can't believe how many people actually thought he would go through with a Broner fight.
