Didn't know that, great news. The winner of that fight would be a perfect opponent for GGG.

Ward has basically said he wants a fight with Golovkin.

    Brian Campbell ‏@BCampbellESPN 17m
Ward on if he wants to face GGG: "Come on. That's like me asking you if you want floor pass to a big fight. It's a no-brainer."

He proved himself big time to tonight. Whoever wants it, gets it at 160.

Sergio fights him next. Next or after a tuneup.

BS! He doesn't want the fight, he is already saying it will be a PPV headliner. No it wont!!! Neither GGG nor Quillin have the following to be a PPV ever! Not even if they were to fight for all the belts. Its just the way it is.

Barker or Murray. No way geale fights him. Too scared.

Quillin fight will never happen. Hbo will pay ggg as much as possible to keep him. He's the new pacman

Floyd is not fighting at 154 anymore, so it would be 152. And although GGG is raising his profile, he's not a major draw yet.

Quillin was offered the fight previously (I think it was around the time Golovkin was elevated to the full WBA after Geale dodged him) and turned down the fight claiming he had no fan base

Martinez will likely get stripped so that leaves the WBC Vacant so as the WBC rankings stand currently we may either see Rubio/Ramirez or a Chavez/Rubio rematch unless the #2 Italian Domenico Spada gets a shot

IBF Champion Geale fights Darren Barker soon however they Geale seems to be fighting on HBO and wont fight a Golden Boy fighter

Quillins Mandatories are quite interesting though

    1 Brian Vera (NABO) USA
2 Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr. MEX
    3 Marco Antonio Rubio MEX
    4 Gary O'Sullivan IRE
    5 Max Bursak UKR
    6 Hamid Rahimi AFG
7 Lukas Konecny (WBO Europe) CZECH
    8 Daniel Jacobs USA
    9 Les Sherrington (Asia-Pacific) AUST
    10 Matt Korobov RUS

    11 Patrick Majewski POL
    12 Darren Barker GB
    13 Grzegorz Proksa POL
    14 Andy Lee GB
    15 Steve Heramaia (Oriental)

I dont believe Quillin is interested in fight Golovkin and even if he did Golovkin is with HBO for the time being and Quillin is a Goldenboy fighter so no way that fight is happening any time soon.

Quillin will most likely fight Daniel Jacobs next but he isnt going to unify **** staying with Goldenboy

I had serious doubts about GGG before this fight but it's all been answered. He's the real deal. Whoever wants it at 160, come and get it at your own risk.
