    Fundamentals - check
    Power - check
    Durability - Check
Ability to cut of the ring - check
    Ring intelligence - check

What does Martinez have over GGG:

    - Athleticism (speed)
    - Foot movement

Martinez has relied on his athleticism too much and doesn't have great boxing fundamentals. His natural athleticism will allow him to get off to a quick start, but the better fighter always catches up and dominate the mid & late rounds.

Martinez cannot beat Golovkin. He durability is questionable at this point and his natural athleticism will only allow him to survive a few extra rounds. Golovkin would knock him out in less than 8 rounds.

Martinez also has better head movement and counters more consistently, well he used to at least, today's version of Martinez gets KO'd in 5 or 6 rds.

You really study your fighters like me and i've never been impressed
by sergio. GGG uses some of the best foootwork and distance judgement
in the sport to put himself in target range to let go of his fatal snakebites.
He'll easily figure out the lean over and throw the potshot routine of sergio
in less than 4 rounds and then take 2-3 from then to finish the argentine
off. Dibella knows this and will never EVER let sergio fight GGG. You can't
be stripped of the RING belt, which martinez doesn't deserve anymore.

The version of sergio who KO'd Pwill gets KO'd by GGG. Golo is better
    than any version of sergio.

That fight would be close to a toss up for me but I would slightly lean towards GGG 55/45.

Martinez is the Middleweight Champ and he has beaten Williams,Pavlik,Dzinzurik Macklin, Barker, Chavez Jr at 190 lbs and Maurray.

He was injured in the Chavez fight and again in the Murray fight so lets give him the benefit of the doubt. Remember Martinez can also punch and I don't expect Golovkin to just walk through him, but anythings possible Golvkin could KO Martinez but then again Martinez could get healthy come back box Golovkins ears off, land a left hook and its over. Lets give Martinez the benfit of the doubt he is the more proven fighter.

Im excited too, but lets keep our feet on the ground and not fall asleep on Sergio just yet, he has earned that.

He's finished man, and a GGG KO which would 100% happen won't
mean much now. The winner of the Geale/barker fight should fight
GGG next and that guy (GGG) will be the new linear champ.

I've never understood this assetion. It's ridiculous and exposes 'so called' fans who probably have never boxed before.

Martinez was always great to watch. His athleticism is matched by very few in boxing, which is why he was able to get away with so much. He looks great when matched up against certain types of fighters, but he struggles against fighters who apply intelligent pressure.

Martinez's offense is fairly predictable...he throws a jab, jab, left-hand from the outside. He'll occasionally throw a jab to the body, but if you neutralize his left, you neutralize 75% of his offense. He's not very good at creating openings on his own...he just blitz opponents with his speed. A lot of fighters are dazzled by that and his foot movement and they get confused. Marray didn't and GGG will see right through it.

This is true Martinez doesn't have good fundamentals, you ever seen him not fight with his hands low?
