Fools though that The King was dead, that he was gone. Fools started talking very loudly, giving the impression of flock of chickens running wildly in the yard. But see The King is not dead, but he is alive. And The Beast is hungry and he is gonna take what is his - for it is just. Suddenly Fools were very quiet.

    TREMBLE FOOLS, TREMBLE!!!

    Them pics are fairly recent.

I read somewhere he was down to around 230ish in those pics. No problems with the shoulder as evidenced by his last 2 fights and his ROM is excellent.

Hadnt heard anything about those hand fractures and how they were healing though.

But I hope the OP is correct. And I hope he's got confidence in those hands to lay some more top 30s down.:yep

His hands aren't really the problem, it's his head & his heart.

    We shall see.

He's still only 29, and has a style that doesn't waste much energy, so who knows, he might still be able to make some noise in the division.

Personally, though, I wouldn't bet on it.

Well it's a good think then b/c he he showed mass heart vs Chisora when he stepped into the ring with a torn labrum. And then fought through immense pain for 12 rds adding a broken R hand into the mix halfway thru the first.

Let's hope this is true about his hands/shoulder, and see him continue forward.

If I were him, I woulda boxed smartly against Tank and done the same vs Sprott....test myself, make sure nothing is gonna bust apart. Then....I'd be cherrypicking top 30s until at least Vitali is retired officially and Potvetkin is a non kiddie titlist.

I'd want for him to stay active against decent comp.....Dimitrenko, Gerber, Frankie Lawrence....guys he would dominate with his power, and then compete for the vacant titles.:think:think

Robert looks like a basketball player. Nice to see him cutting off the fat, but I would like to see him add some muscle. Arreola and Solis should take notice and start training too........

Ripped and shredded. Good to see Helenius taking his profession seriously.

To me Helenius has lost his will since the CHisora fight. His last two fights he just does not look like he wants to be there. Before the Chisora fight his confidence was high. I'm not sure he will get back to where he was but he will get a shot of the WLad Povetkin winner being he is number one by the WBO. But his last two fights he looks very beatable.
