What the hell does Adrien Broner and Antonio Demarco have to do with Mayweather and Pacquiao? Dudes always mention random ass fighters in Mayweather-Pacquiao threads. Can we stay on topic just for once?

Or drop the exhausted topic, forever, preferably?

Mayweather would have beaten him, from its very first mentions. It didn't happen; the world didn't end, boxing has moved on. Matter settled.

It's just one of several sketchy episodes involving USADA. Basically the guy is saying they're not to be trusted, at least when hired by a promoter

the Mayweather logic that always amazes me " Floyd Mayweather would have beaten him anyway " You can say Floyd beats Manny as much as you want , his supporters could say Floyd beats Manny as much as they want , boxing experts could say "Floyd beats Manny " as much as they want . AT THE END OF THE DAY WHEN IT'S ALL SAID AND DONE , FLOYD MAYWEATHER "HIMSELF" DOES NOT BELIEVE HE CAN BEAT MANNY PACQUIAO . Why else would he continue time after time turning down the biggest payday in boxing history for all these years . When it comes to Pacquiao , Floyd Mayweather will ALWAYS doubt himself . Even now after Manny was knocked out cold and past his best . Floyd will never ever want any parts of him . In his eyes , Manny will forever be a threat to him .

This fight would still sell far better than those with the clowns he's looking to fight.

You can see that Mayweather's already heading in that direction in that he's gonna finish off his career fighting those less challenging.

I suppose you could argue he's deserved to do so though???

I think Floyd has a good point, Pac lost twice in a row and now he is fighting Rios. None of this makes Pac look like a contender to the #1 pfp king. and if pac loses to rios then this " what if" topic will maybe finally end?

Just a couple of months ago everyone was saying that he that he needed to fight Canelo and that he was scared of Canelo. Now that's who he's fighting next. So I'm not sure you want from him.

Pacquiao's side are the ones who cutoff negotiations the first time because Pacquiao claimed getting tested weakened him for several day. Pacquiao's side are the ones who declined to do the fight in May of 2012 because they wanted to build a stadium, a stadium they claimed would not be done until after Mayweather reported to jail. So what do all these lies say about Pacquiao?

Even Floyd didn't have him losing to Bradley. His uncle had him winning 10-2.

Rios is a very dangerous fight for a guy coming off a KO like that, even Hopkins was impressed. Not by the matchmaking, he thought it ws dumb, by the guts to take that fight at that point. But if Pac is somehow right off that KO (mentally and chin wise) it shouldn't be that hard.

Btw, his next fight is historical, the first big time ppv from China. And more importantly, the first ppv distributed in China, at $5 a pop.

To be fair, Floyd's next fight is also historical. It's the first time a current and 2x champ had asked a fellow champ for a CW in the same division. Add all the belts at stake, and Canelo's belt lineage (catchweight), and it's probably The Catchweightest Fight of All Time.

We all know that the loss to Bradley was BS. That decision was made for a revenue design. Let's just face it.
