Who has DeGale fought? His last fight was versus a 38 year old Croatian who moved slower than a tank and still nailed James whenever DeGale caught himself up by the ropes.

People keep talking about the time Froch dropped Groves in sparring, but nobody seems to talk or know about what happened the next time they sparred. Groves knows what happened and he's been calling for this fight ever since. I think his confidence is genuine :think

Froch is one of the main ones talking about it himself which is pretty low form. Didn't he mention it on one of the Kessler fight build up progs on Sky when he was flicking through his meticulously kept diary or something?

I'd have preferred Groves to have a toughener first before Froch but I like Groves in this fight. After sparring Kessler and then seeing how well Kessler did against Froch him and Booth fancy their chances here. Froch is certainly not walking through Groves like he did Bute which has been suggested.

Calzaghe fan thinks Groves will win. No suprise there.

He wont, its too early for him and he is too vunerable.

    And I like Groves.

its no secret i cant stand froch for various reasons mate.but i been big follower of groves since he turned pro and i genuinely think he has too much in speed and movement and will win on points.i might be wrong but it will be a good fight because 1 thing is for sure froch turns up to fight

This won't happen for a while. They'll want it to be PPV.
Groves will take the Stig or Bika route and build it up for a big unification after he's had a defence or two.
They'll want it box office and Groves isn't enough of a name yet.

Ifilm covered this potential fight in it's interview with Eddie Hearn today -

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFVy210OO7g&feature=c4-overview&list=UUdl_gZZR6BtKi45eHFGAduw (skip to 8:50)

Sounds like it's going to be made. Eddie mentioned later on in the video that Froch is likely to fight again 23rd/30th November.
