Since i can't use my fast rope were I currently live I've started to jump with a real rope. It's about a centimeter thick.

But what are the negative aspects of it? Are there any?

I feel my wrists have to work harder and my grip also I don't get the same speed and I'd course feet movement. But does the wrist think outweigh the speed in any way or is it just a waste of time?

You could do without a rope all together as well

Because it would ruin the floor. The rope is made of textile and the far rope is a now naked metal string. We're I'm currently living i have to care about that. ..

Since my boxing don't bring in any money I'll try not to break anything.
