Too much fooling, taunting and clowning around. I wonder if this match was a fix so Dana White could promote a serious rematch?

Silva shouldn't have got knocked out here. Just like Chuck Liddell did in his last matches, what do you expect when you leave your hands at your waist.

Even Ali, who had some of the best reflexes for any fighter got caught when he clowning around.

ali had the chin to get away with it. not to mention he was better at measuring his opponent, better speed, better timing, better everything. anderson should not do that again. an stop saying it was fixed, it wasnt.

If Silva whups his butt inside 1:00 of the first round if and when the rematch happens, that points towards fix to me.

How so? Ask yourself this... If you were Anderson Silva and the fight was fixed... Would you take full blown punches while your head is lying flat on the mat?!
Look at how guys like Mayweather/ Toney, etc roll with punches to take stream off. If your head is lying on the ground and somebody punches you, your head has no place to go.
Weidman could have put Silva in a sub and made him tap, could have clipped him with that first punch and they stop it immediately, but no if this fight was a fix Anderson Silva basically said "I want him raining down punches on me until I'm out cold."
Sorry but most dangerous positiion to be in is not the way to fix a fight. Even if Silva knocks him out the first punch in a rematch, doesn't take away from his win here.

That was a brutal Ko. No fix. By your logic most of silvas KOs were fixes too or maybe some of them at least. Since your saying its all a plot to make money.

The fight had to be fixed. Just before the match, Silva had reportedly engaged in some shadow boxing in his dressing room.................... coincidence? You be the judge!

Silva is a disgrace. I heard he was punching himself in the face too? He is just beyond arrogant and deserved what happened. He is no Mayweather or Ali, just a bum who wishes he was and now everyone can sit back and enjoy that KO on repeat for the rest of eternity.

    An obvious fix for me.
Anderson has done it before ( Maia fight).

The proof is he won't rematch the guy who got a fluke win over him. Inexplicably announces he's not interested in titles anymore ( why then defend it in the first place ?).

Weidman gets to keep for a longer time his undefeated record, and his victory makes him an instant legend with the biggest audiance in the world, the USA.
