    I know he was the favorate on Saturday but dont not expect him to look so good.
    Showed great range of skills and could fight in different styles.

    Fairplay to Paul Boyce for bringing guys like this through at a time when it's been hard going in the sport. Hopefully Paul doesn't get sharked by people in favoured positions.

    Don't know what it was but at times reminded me of a young Calzaghe, looks like a decent little fighter.

    Definitely has potential, enjoyable style to watch too, will follow his career with interest as he steps up fight length and opponent level.

    Very impressed. In terms of boxing skills, power, he's also quite personable and should sell tickets and be popular with the fans. "Where have they been hiding this guy" :good He needs good promotion and clever matchmaking now, that may pay dividends in the future. A possible UK star.

    theres big oppurtunities for young decent fighters at light welterweight one of the weakest divisons domestically in my opinion.

    Didn't have the power of a young Calzaghe but he did look very very good.

    Was stood next to a bloke who was telling me connor plays with him in sparring (before the final).

    I said "he may do, but sparring means **** and he is gonna come out here and win all day long".

    Levels in boxing and he was a different gear to the rest.

    Can't wait to see more of him. Very correct and balanced puncher.

    Reminded me more of Jamie McDonald
