Anyone been to a big fight at the men. Want some decent tickets just not sure how much I need to spend to get a decent view I expect them to go quickly so any help would be welcome
Last time I was there (Hatton fight) I had tickets for mid way up the first tier, which were £75 each. Cracking view, just slightly above the ring. The MEN is pretty compact though so as long as you aren't high up in the Gods you'll get a decent view. Don't be tempted by the first price band of floor seats though - I paid £125 for one for Haye Harrison and it was a terrible view - about 15 rows of heads between me and the ring!
Definitely not - £200 would get you an ok floor seat I would have thought, but in my opinion the first tier seats offer a better view. As I said, I paid £75 for the Hatton fight and I would imagine it will be a similar price for this fight
Agree with what's said never buy floor seats unless their inner ringside, lower tier first few rows is much better
Agreed, that tier of seats is a) an awesome view, perfect height, but still really close to the action b) reasonably priced considering point a Definitely the smart buy
Agreed. I was bottom of the first tiered seating for Haye/Harrison and they were among the best seats in the house. The floor seating is to be avoided. Think the ticket I had was £90, but will be more for this one.
will they go on sale thursday?? agree with whats been said anywheres a decent view and the first tier is a cracking view
I have been to the MEN for a number of fights. Id suggest only getting floor seating if you have row A of a block. Luckily coz I have contacts I manage to get row a every time. Id normally go vip (inner ringside) however nothing on sale and would be to expensive. Lower tierd seating the first 10 rows will be fine to be honest. A floor seating with rows a-c you will get away with but try get it face on to the ring. most tickets have gone now according to promoters and eventim but i think they release more gradually. so up to you. but tickets for this event are very expensive but they know people will buy anyway.
