As long as Groves is well enough mentally prepared and doesn't get stage fright, this fight is going to be a lot closer then most think.

I'm sorry but the Dirrell that fought Froch was exceptionally good. I saw him as the only one with potential to beat Ward in the Super Six. Shame he didn't have the heart to match his skills. I'm not sure Groves can pull of that kind of movement and speed.

I would have preferred Groves to grab his own title of Stieglitz before a monster unification with Froch.

If he was gonna get stage fright he would of got it verses chunky, then again they fought each other for years.

No way groves beats Froch. Froch will walk through him and knock him out. I'm sure the degale dirrell comparison is a wind up as well....

    Bull****

Groves should fight Bute or Pascal,if he can beat either of those two which I doubt he can then we might be able to say he can beat Froch.

Besides grandpa Glen Johnson he hasnt mixed it enough at world level to say he can beat Froch.

All the people saying Groves shouldn' get a shot, but what about Mack? Did he really deserve a shot? It's BS! Groves definitely deserves a shot.

I think that outcome would be that Groves would be badly cut and stopped if it happened this year.Im sure Groves would fight him,but equally sure Booth wouldn't let him.Yet.

I agree with absolutely everything you say apart from about Ward, who I consider a truly great fighter.Regarding Dirrell,he got no credit for his performance in Carls backyard. If he'd been a Brit in,say,Las Vegas,he'd have been lauded to the heavens. Then he was the first to totally outclass Abraham, considered a real beast until then.Bit of an enigma, really.

Really what better footwork that bute. Hey i think Groves is a great fighter in the making but this is coming to soon for him. Froch will knock him out im pretty sure of it. Wasnt long ago he struggled with big Sm Kenny Anderson dont really no what to make of this thread easy to say he will do this and that when Froch is coming at you! I think Froch isnt a one punch demolition man but i reckon he throws pretty concussive shots and if he lands with a couple they will send him back in his corner mental strength is key and we know Groves likes to get involved and that will be his fall.
I was ringside for Froch and kessler and couldnt believe some of the shots they took, i dont think Groves is a bigger puncher than Kessler either the only chance he has is if Froch becomes old over night!

True, but we as fans couldn't give a **** about Mack. If he dies, he dies.
