Why would Arum, want a less stringent body taking charge of the testing? the las Vegas testing entities are bull**** and most likely fraudulent. Chavez Jr. basically walks off after fights and doesn't render samples, so why should any agency other than USADA and VADA be trusted? and why should Marquez be concerned about fight night weights, hell Pac beat Bradley's ass regardless of the weight he entered the ring so why is Juan worried about that?

I never believed Marquez' victory was clean, and he is only challenging Bradley cause of of what Porodnikov was able to do. Marquez thinks Desert Storm is shot, it'll be a rude awakening, if Marquez gets ****ed up.
