I don't think the fighters can be relying on having enough cards to fight on, still too many fighters not enough shows. Then just now we've Anto Fitzgerald on facebook telling us how Phil Sutcliffe and Stephen Sharpe have robbed him and how they mistreated him, it doesnt do irish boxing any favours.

Seems to have worked itself out anyway,
Fitz has taken down the post that refer to it and says he is happy now wonder who will he team up with now?Hes not everyones cup of tea.
Still this is not the first time something like this has poped up,Fitz was away from Phil before because of monies owed or too much of a percentage been taken from his purse,
There was rumblings about money not paid to Willie casey in canada when he had that break through fight against cave,Fight changed from a 6 to 8 but willie didnt get the extra cash allegedly and of course the big blow out after rigo casey where gary hyde was left fuming about a lot of things but unpaid boxers was the biggest issue.
One thing for certain none of this is helping Irish boxing,

No can't see it happening either meself puca , Brendan Fitz is over club last couple weeks training with us . He will be out in September , good to see him back!! fight with him and fitzy would make for a good scrap . Or even a repeat of amateur fight with him and Dennis hogan had , think they boxed twice at amateur one win each .

Interesting, wasnt there talk of that fight going ahead in the basketball arena and if memory serves that was the first time Fitz left Phil and co.
