Funnily enough he shown more new techniques than alot of other boxers who made the switch i.e. Mercer and Toney. Stuffing take downs, pinning on the cage etc On the flip side he showed a huge amount of naivety i.e. gassing his arms with a choke from his back on the side. Theres potential but he is old and fat. Had he taken to this 10 years ago and dedicated himself then who knows. The worst thing is that the boxers making the switch stuggled to commit to their chosen sport - Toney, Mercer and Mayorga. There would be some interest if someone like Hopkins or Mayweather genuinely took a stab at it like professional athletes.
