Not a fair comparison. Wilder has fought a lot of novices, Hughie has been fighting fairly experienced guys for the most part. At least in terms of plain numbers, which is what counts, right?

Why is this chubby club fighter getting so much appraisal? He's a featherfisted novice who looks like Elvis with downs.

Not when the guys he fights are there to lose.

I'd much rather see him fight a 6-3 guy who was trying to take his head off than someone who is there to lose in a glorified sparirng session.

Remind me again... how old is Fury and how old is Wilder? How many months has Fury been pro..and Wilder?

Check out Wilder's competition. Many Americans think Wilder is the greatest heavyweight of all time, they are desperate. Vlad toyed with Wilder in sparring for the Wach fight. Fury is only 18 years old, has just turned pro and will be fighting much better competition soon, much sooner than Wilder.

Wald would smash Wilder into next week. Wilder is another david price he only has power. wait until he cant blast someone out and he will lose.

H Fury is 18. he should be fighting journymen hes still learning and isn't even fully grown yet.

Way too early to have a go at him...if he is still fighting at this level in 1 and half's years time then fair enough...

God to be a boxer you have to brash and be confident, he might be making bold statements but so what at least it shows ambition

We cant say anything about Wilder 2bh becuase he hasnt been remotley tested although im guessing hes a bit chinny to be honest. Although i think hes got the biggest punch in the game!

Are you basing that on the 28 bums he's knocked out? Come on, any top 50 HW with a bit of pop would have done the same to them, he just windmilled against Harrison didn't show any kind of one punch KO power.

i genuinley think he hits very hard mate, it still takes power to knock over what you call 'bums'

Is this McPhilbin breathing? If so,yes it is a baby step in the right direction.Hughie is a novice fighter at best and a Pikey to boot,so much ado about nothing.

I'll call them "low level journeyman" then, that's fair enough, but compare Wilder's stoppage of Harrison to what price did to Harrison, only took him 2-3 punches and Harrison was outcold and got rushed to hospital, Wilder hit Harrison over 10 times and couldn't put him out, Harrison seemed fine after he was stopped. I'm not disputing that Wilder is a big puncher, just don't think he is the biggest puncher in the division. If he takes out Liakhovich in under 3 rounds like he does everyone else then I may change my mind.

Terrible opponent. I expected McPhilbin to face someone much better and look towards building a shot against Wlad.
