Ay, looks it, having scoured the net the likeliest explanation per Occam's Razor (leaving aside purely malicious trolling) is the OP was poking around for information and stumbled across some old blurb regarding Brook vs. Jones II being @ 152, but without looking closely at it just assumed it was to do with Senchenko.

Ok this is completely guess work on my behalf but would not be surprised if Brook keeps having 152lb catch weight fights hoping Khan beats Alexander, then has the mega fight with Khan billed at 147lb with the secret intention of coming in over.

 

Khan's team would spot that a mile away and have it written into the contract.

 

I don't know. 2013 seems to be a down year for the British forum...

I spoke to Eddie at the darts a week ago in Blackpool and he said its at 147 vs Senchenko and Mike Jones and Lopez were his first choices for the fight but both declined. He got told Jones might not even ever fight again.
