my friend Mohammed Waqas from Middlesborough, he's a flyweight, he's ranked number 7 in the UK by boxrec, he's won 4 lost 3, but in his last fight against Anthony Nelson he was robbed, in the fight before against Jamie Wilson he had 2 injuries but didn't wanna back out for his fans, against Louis Norman he took the fight on just 3 weeks notice. I'm not making excuses, he's just had bad luck, trust me Ive seen him in the gym he looks like a future world champion, people are saying he's gonna be the next adil anwar or amir khan,
Waqas actually is a good fighter and better than his record suggests. His last fight vs Nelson was certainly no robbery, personally I had it a bit wider than the referee. His problem is that he's naturally a Light-Flyweight (as he was in the amateurs) but seeing as there is no Light-Flyweight division in the pros i the UK he's had to step up to Flyweight and also take fights at Super-Flyweight. On top of this he's not a massive ticket seller so has had to fight away a bit, which hasn't helped. I haven't seen the Norman and Wilson fights but heard he was unlucky not to come away with a win vs Norman and a draw vs Wilson, but that's what comes with fighting away, if you're not stopping guys you need to win enough rounds very clearly to win a fight. He's a young guy, has a great engine and massive heart, so plenty of time to improve himself. Certainly has the ability to get himself in the mix for the British title at least if he applies himself correctly. I'm aware the original poster is a troll and has probably never met Waqas nor seen him fight, but I thought I'd give a genuine reply anyway.

there has NEVER even been a south asian who has won a british title lol it's embarassing, so even though it's division with just 7 fighters, there's almost no chance of him winning a british title, he lost his last 3 fights, why make threads on bums
