I was answering if they have ever been in the underdogs corner. Garcia was the underdog against Khan.

 

I wouldn't mind so much if they'd just BE in the ring, but when they start all that whoopin' and hollerin' especially the dad who always seems to be eating in the ring. If you ask ANY of the fighters what those 'Grinnin Watsons' are sayin' to them, they'd say 'WHO' ? theyre like groupies / cheerleaders.

Don't know why everyone hates these guys so much. I met them in Pechanga Casin (San Diego) when Paul lost to Quintana. They were pretty cool guys, and all the boxers seemed to like them as well.


Bottom line is, if your dad was Al Haymon's assistant, wouldn't you be like "Dad hook me up with a job so I can travel everywhere and get in the ring at all the big fights!"

No wonder nobody knows what they do, THEY can't even explain it and they don't look so comfortable when they're the subject and they're not whoopin' and hollerin'.
