Why has Mexico so less good heavies for 30 years or more?

Mexicans actually born and raised in Mexico on average have smaller frames than their American counterparts. It's a matter of genetics, like Asians with slanted eyes and blacks with dark skin. Reason why Mexico and Latin American countries dominate smaller weight classes where you hardly see whites or blacks..hope that answers you're question boss

 

same as asians.. they just dont seem to be big people.. that being said mexicans and asians are dominating the smaller weights (and thats where the best fights are)

I'm not sure. They don't seem to produce many fighters of that size, and the ones we do see all appear to have major issues with discipline, i.e.:

Chris Arreola
Javier Mora
Manuel Quezsada (surprisingly talented but it wouldn't surprise me if the guy literally didn't do a lick of training for any of his fights)

It wouldn't surprise me if we see another world class heavyweight come down the pipe in the next five years. Maybe the success of Arreola and Cain Velasquez will turn more heavily built Mexicans/Mexican Americans on to combat sports, the way Manny and Gerry Penalosa did for the Philipines or Ponseklek Wongjongkam and Verapool Saphaprom did for the Thailands.

while this is true.. on latin american countries like Nicaragua where black slaves were used inthe atlantic coast of those countries there are plenty or large african males that could very well be Football players or HW boxers.. these people were chosen by the European slave traders for their large frame. their genetics makes for HW boxers..

 

Lets not forget that Mexican is an ethnicity and not a race. I have met Mexicans that are Jamaican, Chinese, Filipino, and Jewish so I will not generalize.
