What is the the best boxing guide for beginners with basic techniqur descriptions and

    Hi Everybody Just want to inquire what is the the best training guide/manual out there for beginners with all the basic techniques and basic routine

    Sorry to be annoying but joining a gym will be the best thing.

    Second to that when I was looking for similar material, I liked Jack Dempsey's old book and Joe Frazier's book.

    The book Boxing by Edwin L Haislet is the best boxing instructional book ever written.

    Jack Dempsey's book (free online) is the best so far because there is no bull**** in it. Other books I have read might have more stuff, but you never sure 100% to what extent they are certain about what they write about
