Yeah, I tuned in around the end of round 3, and it seems to be the same pattern all the way through - not a whole lot separating them, but Rees always that little bit more in control and doing the better work (and more of it).

The eighth is following the script. We should be headed to a shutout unless Mitchell has some very surprising ace up his sleeve...

Impressed with Rees finishing the job properly instead of coasting, moving and throwing combos until the last and not simply covering up and fading on his bike.

I thought the Dulorme vs Figueroa fight was being broadcast. That sucks that it's not.

Did I hear correctly, judgment by the referee?

I think it might be; HBO's website says it is.

I don't know. Dan Rafael claimed it won't be shown and some people on here seem to have taken it a gospel, as they often do when he breaks news. (despite him quite often being wrong) :conf

Wasn't it being shown on HBO Latino?

thanks i was asking because i was thinking what would be the best step up fight for buckland given the is no challengers in the domestic scene and i want to see him at least make euro level, only other challenger domestically is liam walsh but he is too green

Alright, so here is the deal:

Boxing (or Boxeo) is programmed live from 9:45pm until 12:30am EST on both HBO and HBO Latino.

For the most part it will be the same broadcast with English commentary on HBO and obviously Spanish on HBO Latino.

The main difference I'm assuming is that while they show Cleverly vs. Kovalev on tape delay on HBO to start their broadcast at 9:45pm, at that same time HBO Latino will instead be showing Dulorme vs. Figueroa - and then once it finishes up they will merge into a simulcast for the remaining two New Jersey bouts.

OK, everybody clear as mud? :good

Buckland vs. Walsh sounds fun, and I don't think many would give him too hard a time for giving Liam a shot although he may as you say be slightly unready.

Alas he is a bit stuck. Topped out domestically but there isn't room for him to ascend much higher.
